We are in the process of finalizing a formal Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) for our managed, subscription, and hosting services.

This SLA will describe:

  • Target uptime and availability for covered services,
  • Planned maintenance windows and communication,
  • Response targets for support requests,
  • Any service credits or remedies that may apply.

Until our formal SLA is published, our service commitments are defined in:

  • Individual proposals,
  • Signed service agreements,
  • Any written statements we provide directly to you as part of your engagement.
